These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Howk platform (howk.in) operated by Technosip ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Howk.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Howk. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental consent to use the platform.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• One person may not maintain more than one active account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Permitted Use

Howk is provided for personal, non-commercial exam preparation purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute quiz questions or content without written permission.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access or extract content from the platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity.
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Technosip.
• Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or harmful.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Howk — including quiz questions, explanations, software, design, logos, and text — is owned by or licensed to Technosip and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use this content commercially without express written permission.

6. Free Service & Advertisements

Howk is currently provided free of charge. We display third-party advertisements (via Google AdSense) to sustain the platform. By using Howk, you consent to the display of these advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

7. Payments & Refunds

If and when premium features are introduced, applicable pricing and refund terms will be published separately. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.

8. Accuracy of Content

We strive to ensure all questions and answers on Howk are accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content. Howk is a practice tool and should not be the sole basis for exam preparation. We are not liable for any incorrect answers or outdated information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Howk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Technosip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Howk platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Howk at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of Howk after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
